WWE Reportedly Want WALTER To Appear Consistently On NXT

Could WALTER switch over to the USA?

WWE are reportedly eager for WALTER to make more appearances on the main NXT show going forward.

WALTER has mainly featured on WWE NXT's UK brand since joining the promotion back in 2019 and has often maintained in media interviews that he has no interest in permanently moving to the United States.

The 34-year-old was involved in an instant classic against Ilja Dragunov at NXT TakeOver 36 on Sunday, which saw WALTER's historic, 870-day reign as NXT UK Champion come to an end as a result of a submission.

The bout has earned plaudits from fans, journalists and fellow professionals alike and, according to PWInsider, there is a renewed determination to get WALTER involved in the proper NXT scene following the match.

A lot of people, per the report, were talking backstage in NXT about how WALTER needs to be involved in the black-and-gold brand more regularly going forward. Whether WALTER himself is willing to make that jump across the pond remains to be seen.
