2Point0 Reveal IMPACT Wrestling Offered Them A Contract Following WWE Departure

The duo left WWE in June

All Elite Wrestling's Jeff Parker and Matt Lee have revealed that IMPACT Wrestling offered them a contract following their respective releases from WWE.

Parker and Lee departed WWE NXT in June after several years with the promotion and showed up in AEW just two months later, aligning with Daniel Garcia.

As a trio, the group have enjoyed frequent confrontations with the likes of CM Punk, Sting, Darby Allin, Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston, including facing Sting and Allin in a tag-team bout on AEW Dynamite a couple of weeks ago.

2point0 have now revealed their path could have been very different, however, after IMPACT Wrestling put a deal to them not long after they left WWE.

Speaking on their YouTube Channel, Lee confirmed a deal was offered, saying: "Did IMPACT offer us a contract? There was a deal on the table."

Parker followed with: "There was some talks. We had talks all over the place. Free agency was actually a lot of fun. It’s scary at first but it was a lot of fun."
