Ace Austin Isn't Feeling The Pressure Ahead Of IMPACT Wrestling World Championship Match At Slammiversary 2020

He could become the youngest IMPACT Wrestling World Champion in history...

IMPACT Wrestling's next pay-per-view is less than a month away as Slammiversary will be broadcast on FITE on July 18. The show will be main evented by a massive IMPACT Wrestling World Championship match as Tessa Blanchard will defend her title against Ace Austin, Eddie Edwards and Trey. Deonna Purrazzo will also challenge Jordynne Grace for the Knockouts Title.

Austin recently sat down for an interview with Tom Campbell and revealed he isn't feeling the pressure ahead of his world title shot and full believes it is his destiny to become the youngest world champion in the modern era of professional wrestling.

The One True Ace said: "Absolutely not because this is where I was always meant to be. This is always what I was destined to do. To say that I'm surprised by this would go against everything I've worked for my entire life. There can be no surprise because this is exactly what I saw for myself. I manifest my destiny. I speak my destiny into existence. It's exactly what I did at Bound For Glory when I became X Division champion and it's exactly what I'm going to do now when I become not only the youngest world champion in IMPACT Wrestling history but the youngest world champion in the modern era of professional wrestling."

Catch IMPACT! every Wednesday at 9 pm on the Fight Network.
