Aces & Eights Reunite On IMPACT Wrestling

Aces & Eights on IMPACT!

Ahead of IMPACT Wrestling's 20-year anniversary, talents from the past have popped up on the promotion's weekly programming in recent weeks and that was no different on June 16 as Garett Bischoff and Wes Brisco returned to IMPACT, performing as the Aces & Eights.

Bischoff and Brisco initially appeared in a backstage interview but they were soon interrupted by Honor No More, which led to a brief pull-apart brawl before they were separated by D'Lo Brown. The Aces & Eights members reminded D'Lo of his past in the faction and Brown got them a match with Vincent and Kenny King on the show.

The former WWE European Champion even accompanied Bischoff and Brisco to the ring wearing his Aces & Eights vest as he also wanted some revenge on Honor No More after they took him out in January. Vincent and Kenny King would pick up the win and they, alongside Eddie Edwards, tried to take out Brown after the match. The former IMPACT commentator fought them off, though, decking King with a Sky-High Spinebuster before Mike Bennett and Matt Taven made their way to the ring and looked set to lay out Brown.

The babyfaces ended up standing tall to end the segment, however, as IMPACT originals Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin and Frankie Kazarian made the save for Aces & Eights.

The Aces & Eights were previously a dominant faction in IMPACT between June 2012 and November 2013 with leader Bully Ray having two reigns as TNA World Heavyweight Champion while the stable was active. Aces & Eights reunions were teased back in 2020 but nothing substantial came to fruition before this week's IMPACT.
