Although Action Bronson’s music can be heard regularly on All Elite Wrestling broadcasts, the New York rapper claims he hasn’t heard from the promotion since wrestling for them in 2022.

‘Bam Bam’ teamed with HOOK against 2point0 at Grand Slam III in Arthur Ashe Stadium, but in an interview with Ariel Helwani, ‘Bronsolini’ claims he has had no further contact with AEW:

“You know what they do. They don’t call you back. I never got called back. There was an angle there. I’m ready right now. I’m ready for whoever,” said Bronson.

A noted wrestling fan, Bronson’s track ‘The Chairman’s Intent’ is HOOK’s entrance theme, and after being positive of his experience backstage in AEW, Bronson changed his answer saying:

“Actually, no. I enjoy the act. I don’t like the… the backstage is weird over there. It’s just weird. It was just like everyone’s cliquey,” later adding he wasn’t looking to be welcomed but that “you could tell it was weird vibes.”

Bronson later told Helwani that he ‘100%’ wants to wrestle again, and intimated he would be interested in wrestling for WWE, name-checking Bad Bunny and his successful appearances for the company.
