Adam Cole: AEW Debut Was One Of The Greatest Nights Of My Life

Cole debuted for AEW on Sunday night

Adam Cole has reiterated his excitement for joining All Elite Wrestling, describing his debut at All Out 2021 as 'one of the greatest nights of my life'.

Cole shocked the world by showing up at the conclusion of All Out on Sunday, walking out following Kenny Omega's AEW World Championship win over Christian Cage. The former WWE NXT wrestler aligned with his old friends in the Elite, before Bryan Danielson also debuted for AEW.

Speaking during a Twitch steam on Tuesday, Cole said: "I'm so excited for the future. Sunday was one of the greatest nights of my life. It was my favorite night of my career. It's such an exciting time. I knew last minute, Britt (Baker) knew last minute, and Britt made sure she got Momma Chugs and B-Fresh [Adam Cole's brother] there. It made it even cooler.

"Britt deserves a ton of credit for that. She surprised me, she didn't even tell me she was going to do that."

Cole's stream of Tuesday was the most active one of his Twitch sessions has ever been, and the new AEW recruit once again underlined how important the Twitch community is to him.

He ended the stream by saying: "Making sure that I could keep this channel and this community was so important to me. I'm going to be streaming for a really really really long time. This stream is going nowhere."
