Adam Cole Targeting The AEW TNT Championship

Adam Cole wants some gold in AEW

Adam Cole is no stranger to having gold around his waist in professional wrestling. The 32-year-old has the most ROH World Title reigns in the promotion's history and he is the longest-reigning NXT Champion in history, having held the title for 403 days in 2019 and 2020.

Cole made his All Elite Wrestling debut at the All Out pay-per-view on September 5 and the newest Elite member now has his eyes on capturing gold in Tony Khan's promotion.

"I want to get some gold of my own. Maybe getting the TNT Championship is something that is pretty exciting to me." Cole told UPI.

Before that pursuit begins, though, Cole will reform the SuperKliq with The Young Bucks and they will face Christian Cage and Jurassic Express on Friday's episode of Rampage from Arthur Ashe Stadium.

That show is set to be taped tonight and Cole noted he wants to celebrate his presumed victory with kisses from The Young Bucks.

"All three of them down and out, with The Young Bucks kissing me on either side of the cheek as we stand over them, would be the perfect ending. The perfect introduction of the SuperKliq. The perfect showcase of what Adam Cole and The Young Bucks bring to the table. You know what, I'm going to call this a spoiler alert. That's going to happen," Cole added.
