Adam Copeland Challenges Christian Cage To AEW TNT Title Match For December 6 Dynamite

Adam Copeland wants the TNT Championship

Ever since Adam Copeland’s arrival in AEW back at the WrestleDream PPV last month, his former best friend Christian Cage has been the main target of his time thus far. Issues between the pair have risen ever since, and as of last night’s episode of Collision, Copeland has now taken out both of Cage’s cronies in Nick Wayne and Killswitch.

With Cage now isolated from his followers, Copeland has taken his attention to the TNT Championship that the champion holds so dearly on his shoulder. He took to the mic and challenged Cage to a title match on the December 6 episode of AEW Dynamite in Montreal.

No confirmation has yet been made when it comes to this match, as Christian Cage hasn’t responded. However, if they do indeed go head-to-head, it will mark the first time in 13 years (on an episode of Monday Night RAW in May 2010) that they have fought in a singles match. If the match comes about, it will be Copeland’s first shot at a championship since joining AEW too.
