Adam Page Vs. Bryan Danielson Rematch Set For 1/5 AEW Dynamite

With an added stipulation

A major bout is booked for AEW Dynamite's debut on TBS on January 5, as AEW World Heavyweight champion Adam Page will take on Bryan Danielson in a rematch from Winter is Coming.

Page and Danielson fought to a 60 minute time limit draw last Wednesday night in Garland, TX. In the match's waning seconds, Page took Danielson down with the Buckshot Lariat, but was unable to attempt a pinfall before time expired.

On tonight's Dynamite, after the rematch was officially announced for January 5, Page and Danielson had a verbal back and forth, with Danielson proposing a modifier for the title bout: three judges will be on hand to vote for a winner, in the event of another 60 minute draw.

To close out the promo, Page told Danielson that he may as well pay the judges off in advance, because it won't matter when he defeats Danielson within the allotted time limit.

Also scheduled for January 5 is the finals to crown the first ever AEW TBS Women's champion. Semifinals include Nyla Rose vs. Ruby Soho and Jade Cargill vs. Thunder Rosa.
