Adam Page Vs. Matt Hardy Added To AEW Revolution

There's money on the line

The new partnership between Matt Hardy and "Hangman" Adam Page has already come to an end, after Page revealed to Hardy on Wednesday's AEW Dynamite that the contract he signed last week was not for Hardy's managerial services.

After Hardy and Page defeated The Hybrid 2 on Wednesday's Dynamite, Hardy went to formally announce his acquiring of Page as a client (for a 30 percent cut). However, Page disclosed the switcheroo he'd pulled during the signing of the papers, revealing to Hardy that the papers he actually signed for a match between he and Hardy at Revolution.

The contract stipulates that if Page wins, he receives all of Hardy's earnings for the first quarter of 2021. Irate, Hardy challenged Page to make the same wager, which Page accepted.

The card for AEW Revolution, taking place on Sunday, March 7, at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, is as follows:

* AEW World Tag Team: The Young Bucks (c) vs. Chris Jericho and MJF

* AEW Women's: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Women's Eliminator Tournament winner

* Street Fight: Sting and Darby Allin vs. Brian Cage and Ricky Starks

* Adam Page vs. Matt Hardy (winner receives the other's quarterly earnings)
