Tama Tonga On Kenny Omega: "He's In A Mid-Card Company"

The war of words continues

The war of words between former and current members of Bullet Club continued on the latest edition of Tama's Island as Tama Tonga said Kenny Omega was in a mid-card company.

Tama was responding to Don Callis' press conference on the podcast and the seven-time IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champion paid particular attention to The Invisible Hand calling current Bullet Club members "replacement players."

Tonga said: "Now, what you'd call us? Scabs? The replacements? You even used a wrestling term - mid-cards. Look at you guys using big words. Big words. Big kayfabe words. Mid-cards. Oh Don, look at your boys, mid-cards wherever companies they go to... Look at Kenny Omega, he's in a mid-card company. Yeah, I said it. Mid-card company."

"When you guys are talking about wars, the Wednesday Night Wars - Wednesday Night Wars? Are you serious? It's AEW vs. NXT. NXT is like before you go to the pros in WWE. That's who you're having a war with? That's what you call a war? It's like the minor leagues having a war."
