AEW Announces Changes To Talent Relations, Madison Rayne Joins As Coach

Big changes in AEW

All Elite Wrestling are expanding their talent relations department and Sonjay Dutt, QT Marshall, Pat Buck, and Tony Schiavone have all received promotions within the company. Former IMPACT Knockouts World Champion Madison Rayne has also joined AEW and she will work behind the scenes as a coach in the women's division. Christopher Daniels, meanwhile, will continue in his role as Manager of Talent Relations.

AEW stated "the expanded talent relations team will strengthen the infrastructure required to facilitate the development, health and safety of AEW’s outstanding roster."

Sonjay Dutt will serve as Vice President of Production and Creative Collaboration. He will "coordinate communication of AEW storylines, liaise between post-production and key staff to maintain content workflow, produce ancillary content and mentor new producers."

QT Marshall is now Vice President of Show and Creative Coordination and he will help plan shows, storylines, character development, and oversee logistics behind the scenes at shows.

Pat Buck is the new Vice President of Talent Development. He will work with talent and production, lead the talent relations team, oversee coaches, and provide comments on matches and promos.

Tony Schiavone has been promoted to Senior Producer and Special Advisor to Talent.

AEW's announcement today comes after the promotion's management had been criticised in recent months for a lack of communication with talent.
