AEW Backstage News On The Young Bucks Briefly Not Being Listed As EVPs On The Roster Page

Why The Young Bucks briefly weren't listed as AEW EVPs

There was briefly speculation about The Young Bucks' future with All Elite Wrestling over the weekend after their titles as executive vice presidents were removed from Matt and Nick Jackson's listings on the AEW roster page.

Their billing as AEW EVPs quickly returned to the roster page, though, but some wondered if this was a sign of issues within AEW between The Young Bucks and AEW CEO Tony Khan. That is ultimately not the case and Fightul Select has reported The Young Bucks briefly not being listed as AEW EVPs was simply an error that was quickly rectified.

Matt and Nick Jackson have been EVPs within the promotion since AEW was founded in January 2019. Kenny Omega is also an executive vice president and Cody Rhodes previously held the title until he left AEW in February 2022.

The Young Bucks will be in action at Saturday's Full Gear pay-per-view when they face The Golden Jets of Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho. The Bucks recently revealed they were almost omitted from the Full Gear card entirely despite being the number one contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
