AEW Bringing Back Tunnels As Part Of New Set

All Elite Wrestling are set to bring back a very popular aspect of their set.

According to Andrew Zarian on Wrestling Observer Live, AEW will be bringing back the tunnels as part of the new set for AEW TV. 

"The new set is coming. Tunnels are back, baby. I saw it, looks great," Zarian said.

All Elite Wrestling will debut a new set on the March 6 edition of AEW Dynamite. Tony Khan revealed the promotion would be getting a new set back on Valentine's Day. 

Tunnels were previously a key aspect of AEW's presentation, with distinctive tunnels for babyfaces and heels which meant the system would often be used to cement a talent's turn to the light or dark side. AEW overhauled their look in January 2023, though, scrapping the tunnels in the process beyond the special 200th episode of Dynamite in August of last year. 

AEW have focused on bringing back a number of previously scrapped devices in recent months, including the AEW rankings. A big talking point has been whether the promotion has "the feeling" back and the return of the tunnels will likely only add to fan positivity around the product.
