AEW Collision Spoilers For May 22

Following a live edition of Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped the go-home edition of Collision before Double or Nothing on Wednesday night from the Rio Rancho Events Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Collision is scheduled to air on Thursday night on TBS this week due to coverage of the NHL Playoffs on TNT.
SPOILERS AHEAD
The contract signing between FTR and Nigel McGuinness & Daniel Garcia opened Collision as both teams traded barbs until Dax began slapping McGuinness in the face. This caused the segment to descend into chaos and it came to an end with Nigel and Garcia locking Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood in submissions, with both members of FTR tapping out.
In the first match of the evening, Konosuke Takeshita and Roppongi Vice of Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero defeated Bandido and The Outrunners. The Don Callis Family then continued to win matches as Kyle Fletcher defeated Jay Lethal. Josh Alexander and Konosuke Takeshita ran down to the ring post-match to attack Jay Lethal, with Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, and Roderick Strong making the save.
Paragon were then in action as Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly defeated Grizzled Young Veterans in what was said to be a good match. Post-match, Cole issued the challenge for Paragon vs. Don Callis Family at Double or Nothing. Cole didn't need to wait long for an answer as Don Callis accepted the challenge following Josh Alexander's win over AR Fox. Adam Cole, Roderick Strong & Kyle O'Reilly vs. Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher & Josh Alexander was made official for DON.
Mercedes Moné remained TBS Champion in the next match on Collision as she successfully defended the belt against CMLL's Reyna Isis. Moné's Double or Nothing opponent Jamie Hayter came out post-match and the two talents had to be separated by security.
A CMLL trios match was then held on Collision as Mistico, Templario, and Mascara Dorada picked up the win over Los Depredadores of Volador Jr., Magnus and Rugido.
Another match was then made official for Double or Nothing as a video package revealed it will be Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford vs. Anna Jay & Harley Cameron at the pay-per-view.
In the main event of Collision, Komander & "Speedball" Mike Bailey defeated Rush & Dralistico. Kazuchuka Okada confronted Bailey post-match, with Speedball standing tall after he kicked Okada out of the ring and connected with a dive on the outside. Bailey held up the Continental Championship as Collision came to an end.
