AEW recently signed a brand new TV deal with WBD, keeping AEW programming on TNT & TBS, whilst also joining the Max streaming service. Both Dynamite & Collision will air on their usual stations, in addition to airing live on Max for subscribers in the United States. Later on in 2025, AEW PPVs will also be heading to the Max streaming service at a discounted price. Big changes are coming for the way AEW reaches its audience, and in anticipation of this, AEW have trademarked several new terms.

On the US Patent and Trademark Office website, it is stated that AEW have filed trademarks for three new terms - “AEW WrestleMax”, “WrestleMax”, and “AEW Max Month”, with the following filing:

“Entertainment services in the nature of live wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of wrestling programs and events; Entertainment services, namely, an ongoing multimedia program featuring wrestling distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; Entertainment services, namely, an ongoing series featuring wrestling provided through television and the internet. Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of wrestling; Educational and entertainment services, namely, a continuing program about wrestling accessible by radio, television, satellite, audio, video and computer networks”

Specifics on what these terms might entail are not yet known.
