He will face tough competition from the usual suspects' Jack King, Ross Tweddell and Tom Campbell, though. Check out their picks below:

Serena Deeb def. Allysin Kay - NWA World Women's Championship - The Buy In

Both women locked up in the opening moments and exchanged wrestling holds. Allysin Kay gained the better of Serena Deeb in the first exchange. Serena won the second.

The NWA World Women's Champion worked over Allysin Kay's left knee with submissions. The AK-47 managed to escape and both women exchanged Slaps but Kay took control with a Double Leg Takedown. Serena Deeb countered with a Neckbreaker on to the middle rope.

After the champion and challenger exchanged momentum, Serena Deeb locked in the Flying Octopus Hold but Kay countered into a Spinebuster. She hit another Spinebuster soon after but Deeb kicked out at two. Kay followed up with a Sleeper Hold but Serena managed to roll away and both women took each other out with a Double Clothesline.

Kay and Deeb both hit a flurry of offence and the former NWA star managed to hit the AK-47 but Deeb rolled to the outside. The action re-entered the ring and Serena hit a Modified Styles Clash and locked in the Serenity Lock. Kay tapped out moments later.

After the match, former NWA World Women's Champion Thunder Rosa returned to AEW and jawed with Serena Deeb.

Kenny Omega def. "Hangman" Adam Page - AEW World Title Eliminator Final

IMPACT Wrestling EVP Don Callis joined Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone and Excalibur on commentary.

During Kenny Omega's entrance, Justin Roberts made repeated references to how The Best Bout Machine is allegedly better than Hangman Page. Page didn't appear to have had any alcoholic beverages and looked as focussed as ever.

Omega offered his hand to Page but Hangman rejected the handshake.

Both men locked up in the early going. Page initially got the better of Omega and they both countered each other's moves, including a V Trigger attempt from The Cleaner. Kenny hit a Snapmare soon after and Page spilled to the outside. Kenny went for his Over The Top Rope Senton accompanied with the Terminator Clap but Page charged into the ring and caught him with a Big Boot.

Hangman Page controlled the next few minutes as he repeatedly Chopped Kenny on the outside. He followed up with two Irish Whips into the barricade but Omega countered the third into a Moonsault from the barricade. The action re-entered the ring and both men exchanged more chops. Kenny got the better of the exchange and hit his Rolling Fireman's Carry-Second Rope Moonsault combination.

Page hit his signature Jumping Clothesline while Omega was on the apron, causing The Cleaner to flip in mid-air. Page went to the outside, but Omega rolled into the ring and hit his Terminator Clap Dive.

The action entered the ring once again. Omega and Hangman both attempted the One Winged Angel and failed to hit the move. Kenny connected with the V Trigger moments later. This caused Hangman to spill to the ramp, and after a brief grapple, Hangman hit a Pop-Up Powerbomb. Page hit another one back in the squared circle for a two count.

They exchanged Strikes, Minoru Suzuki style. Omega got the better of the exchange and delivered a Tiger Driver '98 for a near fall. Kenny tried to follow up with a V Trigger but Hangman countered. They both hit a flurry of counters and Page managed to connect with Deadeye. Somehow, Omega kicked out.

Hangman set up for the Buckshot Lariat but Omega anticipated it and tried to counter into a Crucifix Pin. Hangman trapped him in a Pinning Combination but Omega kicked out at two. Page set up for the Buckshot Lariat again but Omega caught him with a Dragon Screw and a V Trigger. Page went for the Buckshot Lariat again but Omega ducked and connected with two more V Triggers. The Best Bout Machine hoisted Hangman Page up for the One Winged Angel. Page tried to escape but Omega managed to grab his head and connect with the finisher for the 1-2-3.

Orange Cassidy def. John Silver

John Silver berated Orange Cassidy in the opening moments while The King Of Sloth Style looked on with little expression.

Cassidy tried to defeat Silver with a Crucifix Pin and hit his signature Kicks, Duck, Roll Over and Dropkick. Silver gained the upper hand with a Slam and ripped out Cassidy's pockets. He launched Orange across the ring moments later.

Silver charged at Orange but Best Friends' best friend caught him with a Boot. Cassidy tried to follow up with a Tornado DDT, Silver countered into a Suplex. The Dark Order member then worked over Cassidy for the next few minutes, wearing The King Of Sloth Style down.

Cassidy eventually fought back into the match and hit his patented Tornado DDT for a near fall. He went to the top rope but John Silver caught him and countered with a One-Armed Gorilla Press. Cassidy hit a Hurricanrana a few moments later and followed up with a Michinoku Driver for a two count. Cassidy went for Beach Break but Silver escaped and hit a combination of Kicks.

Cassidy went for a Backslide but Silver rolled out and hit more Kicks. Cassidy countered into Stundog Millionaire after getting back to his feet. Silver gained the upper hand again, though, with a Pump Kick and followed up with Spin Doctor for a near fall. John Silver channelled Brodie Lee and went for a Discus Clothesline. Cassidy ducked, however, and caught Silver with an Orange Punch. He connected with Beach Break moments later to pick up the victory.

Darby Allin def. Cody Rhodes - TNT Championship

Cody was lying to us all when he said he wouldn't use "Cody Rhodes" in AEW. Justin Roberts did indeed announce him as Cody Rhodes. Mike Chioda is the referee.

Both men stared each other down in the opening moments. Rhodes got the better of the first exchange and flexed his biceps at Allin. Cody got the better of the second exchange by tripping Darby. Before they locked up again, Cody did a Cartwheel. He's definitely the heel in this match.

Allin got the better of Cody in the third exchange with a Slap. Cody reset and rolled to the outside for a pep talk with Arn Anderson.

Darby won the next exchange and picked up a near fall. Cody rolled to the outside but Darby allowed him no time to rest and hit his Bottom Rope Tope Suicida. Cody re-entered the ring, held on to a Hammerlock and launched Allin on to the ramp. Rhodes worked over Darby's left arm for the next few minutes. Cody started doing press-ups after wearing Darby down some more and was lambasted by Arn Anderson.

The American Nightmare continued to pound away at the left arm but Darby fought back into the match after Cody missed a Moonsault and a Stinger Splash. The Invisible Man hit the Yoshi Tonic for a near fall after a flurry of strikes. Cody caught Darby with a Big Boot and went for Cross Rhodes, Darby somehow accidentally ripped off the middle turnbuckle cover and countered Cody's finisher, sending Rhodes tumbling into the exposed turnbuckle.

Cody wasn't shaken for long and hit Allin with an Avalance Cross Rhodes. He pinned Darby and had him beat but Allin's arm was under the bottom rope. Both men went to the top rope soon after and crashed to the mat. Allin tumbled to the outside and got back in the ring at the count of nine. Both Cody and Arn Anderson repeatedly screamed at Darby to stay down while hitting him with Slams. After four Slams and a Gorilla Press Slam, Cody picked up his weightlifting belt and threatened to hit Darby. Mike Chioda stopped him, though. Cody went for the Disaster Kick and Allin countered into a pin for a two count.

Allin hit Stundog Millionaire moments later and followed up with a Coffin Drop but Cody somehow kicked out.

Soon after, Cody went for a second Cross Rhodes but Darby countered into a pin. They then exchanged pinning combinations and Darby managed to pin Rhodes' shoulders to the mat for a three count.

With that, we have a new TNT Champion. After the match, Cody knelt and handed the belt to Darby as the crowd chanted, "You deserve it!"

The Invisible Man didn't have long to celebrate before Taz came to the ring and Brian Cage & Ricky Starks beat down Darby and The Prince Of Pro Wrestling. Possible dissension within Team Taz was teased as they both tried to grab the TNT Title.

Brian Cage carried Darby into the wrestlers' crowd at ringside and tossed him through a setpiece. The Machine and Ricky Starks then tried to break Darby's arm in his car but Will Hobbs made the save in the nick of time.

Hikaru Shida def. Nyla Rose - AEW Women's World Championship

Both women wasted no time and started throwing hammer blows in the opening moments. Hikaru Shida gained the upper hand and hit a Running Knee Lift while Nyla Rose was draped over the apron. The Native Beast fought back into the match moments later with a Clothesline on the outside. Nyla grabbed a chair from the ring but Aubrey Edwards stopped her from using it.

While this was going on, Shida got back to her feet and Kneed Nyla Rose through the barricade. She followed up with a flurry of Punches while Nyla was prone.

While Edwards checked on Rose, Vicky Guerrero took advantage and decked Shida with a kendo stick. This gave Vicky's client the upper hand and Rose worked over Shida's leg for the next few minutes, even trapping it between the metal bars under the ring apron at one point.

Rose worked over the knee in the ring with a Single Leg Boston Crab, a Splash to the knee and some vicious strikes. Nyla went for a Senton but Shida rolled out of the way and hit a Crossbody for a near fall. The champion followed up with a Suplex for another near fall.

Shida went for the Running Knee Strike but Nyla blocked it. Later, Rose draped Shida over the top rope and hit her Diving Knee Drop to the back of the champion's knee.

Nyla went to the top rope again but Shida caught her, repeatedly slammed her head into the top turnbuckle pad and connected with a Pump Kick, sending the challenger crashing to the ramp. Shida followed up with a Diving Dropkick on the ramp.

She hit another Dropkick once Nyla rolled back into the ring. Rose kicked out at two. Shida went for the Running Knee Strike again but Nyla blocked it. The Native Beast followed up with a Powerbomb and had the match won, but she lifted Shida's head off the mat before the count of three. She then hit Shida's Running Knee Strike and sat on her for the pin. This only angered the champion who kicked out at one and hit an Avalanche Falcon Arrow. She then had Rose beat but picked the challenger's head off the mat. She tried to follow up with the Running Knee Strike but Vicky grabbed the champion's leg.

The action spilled to the outside and Shida pushed Nyla into Vicky, taking Guerrero out. Back in the ring, Shida hit another Falcon Arrow for a near fall. She followed up with the Running Knee Strike but Nyla kicked out at two. Shida connected with another Running Knee Strike to the back of Rose's head and repeatedly Kneed the champion in the head. With Nyla down and out, Shida made the cover for the 1-2-3.

Vicky tore into Nyla after the match.

The Young Bucks def. FTR - AEW World Tag Team Championship

Cash Wheeler repeatedly went after Matt Jackson's ankle to start out the match but The Young Buck fought him off. Dax Harwood and Nick Jackson entered the ring next and Nick got the better of their mat wrestling exchange.

Both teams got in some offence over the next couple of minutes and The Bucks gained the upper hand with Double Hurricanrana's into a flurry of Strikes.

The action tumbled to the outside moments later and Dax tried to take out Matt Jackson but ended up punching the Ring Post. The Bucks worked over Dax's bleeding fist, but Harwood managed to get a reprieve after he tossed Dax into the ropes. Wheeler was left to fight on alone while Dr. Sampson taped up Dax's hand.

Harwood was ready to fight again soon after and the AEW World Tag Team Champions worked over Matt's ankle for the next few minutes with frequent submissions from both Dax and Cash. Matt almost made the hot tag but Wheeler charged over and knocked Nick off the apron. FTR followed up with a Superplex and tried to complete the Powerplex but Matt got his knees up. Dax then tried to pick Matt up and he countered into an inside cradle for a near fall.

FTR cut Matt Jackson off from making the hot tag again. He was able to make it to Nick after tossing Wheeler over the top rope and hitting a DDT on Dax. Nick took out both members of FTR with a flurry of kicks and strikes and he caught the champions with a Bulldog-Clothesline combination on the outside.

The action entered the ring again and Nick went for a Diving Crossbody but Cash caught him. FTR followed up with a Hart Attack for a two count.

Both teams continued to use classic tag team finishers as FTR hit a Super Steiner Drop while The Young Bucks hit a Twist Of Fate and Swanton Bomb.

The Bucks tried to follow up the move with a Superkick Party but Cash took out Matt's ankle. Dax then hit a Powerbomb on Nick but Jackson countered into a Crucifix Pin for a Near Fall.

Matt and Dax then fought back and forth and took each other out as Jackson went for a Superkick and Dax went for the Punch. FTR then channelled #DIY and Matt somehow kicked out. FTR tried to follow up with their Spike Piledriver but Nick pushed Cash off the top rope.

The Young Bucks gained the upper hand moments later and Matt locked Dax in the Sharpshooter. Dax made it to the ropes but Nick Superkicked him without the referee seeing. Nick then locked in a Sharpshooter on Cash on the ramp. Matt had to give up on the submission because of his ankle.

The Bucks hit a Rising Knee Strike on Dax. They then worked over his hand and hit a BTE Trigger and had the match won but Wheeler charged from out of nowhere and broke up the pin. Nick took Wheeler out on the outside with an Escalera.

Matt picked up a chair and Dax begged him to hit him. Nick told him not to and The Bucks set up for the Meltzer Driver. Cash grabbed Nick, though, and Powerbombed him through a table. FTR hit the Spike Piledriver on Matt but The Young Buck somehow got his foot on the bottom rope.

FTR ripped off Matt's boot, exposing his injured ankle. They jumped on the ankle and locked in an Inverted Figure Four Leg Lock. Cash tried to Nick take out on the outside but missed. Nick broke up the submission with a 450 Splash on Dax.

Wheeler re-entered the action and took Nick out with a Superkick. He tagged Dax out of the match, displayed the too sweet sign at Matt and Superkicked him. Wheeler didn't go for the pin and went for a Springboard 450 Splash. Matt rolled out of the way, Superkicked Wheeler and covered him for the 1-2-3.

The Young Bucks celebrated with Kenny Omega while Hangman Page lurked in the entranceway.

Matt Hardy def. Sammy Guevara - The Elite Deletion

Sammy Guevara arrived at the compound in a Spanish God golf cart. Neo 1 quickly spotted him and alerted Hardy of his presence. The Multifarious One was lying in wait in a monster truck and almost killed Sammy by running over the cart.

Sammy escaped in the nick of time and hit Hardy with a trash can. The two men then brawled through the forest by the Hardy Compound and battled on the front lawn. They continued to exchange blows around Hardy's garden and eventually entered a ring.

Guevara went for a Springboard, Hardy countered with a Side Effect. Hardy followed up with a Powerbomb through a table and had the match won until Santana & Ortiz broke up the pin out of nowhere. The former IMPACT World Tag Team Champions beat down Hardy but help was on its way as Hardy made it to a walkie talkie and told Private Party to make their way to the compound.

Private Party arrived in the nick of time and stopped the beat down. All six men continued to brawl in the ring. Hardy moved away and shot a firework at the ring. Sammy got his own firework and he and Hardy fired projectiles at each other. Matt won the battle and charged after Guevara with the projectiles.

Back in the ring, Private Party and Santana & Ortiz continued to fight. Isiah Kassidy hit Santana & Ortiz with Poetry In Motion. Elsewhere, Hardy caught up to Matt by the Lake of Reincarnation and went to cleanse him but Gangrel appeared from out of nowhere with The Hurricane. He told Matt he was his mentor and Hardy betrayed him. Private Party took out Gangrel and Sammy and The Hurricane briefly brawled until Guevara tossed him into the lake. Shane Helms emerged from the lake but Guevara tossed him back in.

The action then headed back to the outdoor ring and the match became an eight-man tag of The Inner Circle & Gangrel vs. Private Party, Matt Hardy & The Hurricane. Guevara and The Multifarious One quickly split off from the main group again as Sammy chased Hardy into the woods.

The Spanish God and Hardy entered the dome. Guevara beat Matt down with turnbuckles and choked Hardy out with the ring ropes. Guevara lay Hardy on a table and hit a Senton Bomb on Matt from the top of a ladder. Somehow, Matt kicked out at two.

Hardy hit a Twist Of Fate soon after and the two men recreated their All Out 2020 spot as Hardy speared Sammy through a table and The Spanish God's head bounced off the concrete. Hardy then launched a chair at Sammy's head. He followed up with a Con-Chair-To while Sammy's head was against the concrete and covered The Spanish God to bring this long-running rivalry to an end.

Hardy and Private Party dumped Guevara in a bin and Senor Benjamin drove off with the trash.

MJF def. Chris Jericho - If MJF wins, he will join The Inner Circle

Chris Jericho played to the crowd in the opening moments. MJF shushed them. Friedman offered Jericho his hand but Le Champion slapped The Salt Of The Earth in the face. The feed then briefly cut out. When it returned after a few seconds, Jericho was chopping MJF on the ropes.

Friedman gained the upper hand soon after and threatened to hit a Tope Suicida before flipping off the crowd. Jericho took advantage by dragging Friedman from the ring and tossing him into the barricade. He then took a camera and flipped MJF off. Jericho tried to follow up with a Judas Effect on the outside but only made contact with the ring post. MJF took the initiative and tossed The Demo God's shoulder into the ring post.

Jericho briefly fought back with a Back Body Drop but MJF gained the upper hand by targeting the right arm again. Jericho fought back more effectively, though, and landed a Lionsault. He then hit a flurry of Strikes in the corner and a Frankensteiner from the top rope for a two count.

MJF targeted Le Champion's injured arm again soon after. He then slapped Jericho and goaded him in the centre of the ring. The Demo God got back to his feet and the two men exchanged strikes. Jericho won the exchange with a straight fist and hit four Chops moments later.

MJF locked in the Salt Of The Earth. The Painmaker countered and locked in the Walls Of Jericho. Friedman made it to the ropes and caught Jericho with the Codebreaker and Heatseeker but Le Champion kicked out at two. Friedman went for his own Lionsault. The former AEW World Champion rolled out of the way and connected with a Codebreaker.

MJF kicked out and Jericho tried to connect with the Judas Effect but Friedman countered into the Fujiwara Armbar. As Aubrey Edwards checked on Jericho, MJF called for Wardlow, who tossed Friedman the dynamite diamond ring. He tried to use it but The Demo God ducked. Aubrey dealt with Wardlow and Jake Hager tossed Jericho the baseball bat. MJF channelled Eddie Guerrero and fell to the mat before Le Champion could use the weapon and as Jericho protested with the official, MJF rolled him up for the victory.

Jericho and MJF embraced after the match. The Inner Circle has two new members in MJF and Wardlow.

Jon Moxley def. Eddie Kingston - I Quit Match for the AEW World Championship

Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston grappled on the mat in the opening minutes and The War King bit the champion's ear. They got back to their feet and exchanged chops and strikes.

The action spilled to the outside and Moxley caught Kingston with a Tope Suicida after Eddie grabbed a chair. Moxley then tossed the chair at Kingston's head but the challenger blocked it with his hands. This only provided an opening for Moxley who proceeded to work over his former friend's fingers.

Both men brawled at ringside. Moxley connected with a Suplex on the concrete floor. Kingston fought back into the match and busted Moxley open. Kingston then picked up a couple of chairs but he gave The Maestro Of Mayhem time to pick up a barbed wire bat. He then bludgeoned the challenger with the bat and forced it into Eddie's face. Kingston refused to quit despite bleeding profusely from the mouth.

Kingston connected with a couple of Suplexes soon after and threw a chair off the AEW World Champion's head. He then tossed Moxley's head into the barbed wire bat and catapulted the chair into Moxley's face again.

The Mad King removed a strand of barbed wire from the bat, wrapped it around his hand and repeatedly punched the champion with his barbed-wired fist. He followed up with the Spinning Back Fist and locked in a Kimura Lock. Moxley escaped by biting the challenger's knee and Suplexed Kingston onto two chairs.

Kingston fought back and spread thumbtacks in the corner of the ring. Moxley hit a German Suplex, Kingston countered into a Back Drop, Moxley countered again with a Clothesline. Moxley tried to hit a Paradigm Shift on the tacks, but Kingston blocked it and hit a Belly To Belly Suplex on Moxley onto the drawing pins.

Kingston collected rubbing alcohol from Dr. Sampson's station and poured it over Moxley's punctured back. Moxley still refused to quit. Kingston then grabbed a handful of tacks and punched The Maestro Of Mayhem with them.

The War King locked in the Bulldog Choke. He tried to wear the champion down more and Moxley countered with a Piledriver. He followed up with a brief Bulldog Choke and a Paradigm Shift.

Moxley collected the strand of barbed wire, wrapped it around his forearm and locked in the Bulldog Choke. Eddie Kingston was close to crying and had no choice but to say, "I quit."

The champion helped Kingston to hit feet but The War King shrugged him off and walked to the back. Kenny Omega then came to the ring and made his intentions known to Jon Moxley.

Full Gear went off the air with Moxley celebrating in the centre of the ring.
