AEW Potentially Planning Halloween-Themed Dynamite

All Elite Wrestling could be set to produce a Halloween-themed edition of Dynamite.

AEW filed to trademark "Fright Night Dynamite" and "AEW: Fright Night Dynamite" with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on Tuesday, October 15.

The trademark was filed for pro wrestling purposes:

"Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of live professional wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of professional wrestling programs and events; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of professional wrestling."

AEW Dynamite is set to air one day before Halloween, which will take place on Thursday, October 31.

Halloween-themed shows are popular in pro wrestling. WCW produced the Halloween Havoc pay-per-view from 1989 until 2000 and the event was revived in WWE NXT as a TV special. For the first time in 2024, the show will be an NXT premium live event.

All Elite Wrestling often hold special editions of Dynamite, including two over the past month in Dynamite Grand Slam from Arthur Ashe Stadium and the five-year anniversary of Dynamite which featured Will Ospreay vs. Ricochet.
