All the action from the latest AEW Rampage tapings

All Elite Wrestling made their way to New Orleans for the January 31 live broadcast of Dynamite, with AEW also recording the upcoming edition of Rampage during the event.

AEW President Tony Khan was on hand to speak to the crowd, with Khan ‘duly noting’ the NOLA crowd’s chant of ‘PPV’ - assumed to be a request for an AEW PPV event to come to New Orleans. Whether this will be broadcast remains to be seen.

Rampage itself was headlined with the stars of CMLL continuing their invasion of AEW, with Mistico, Volador Jr., Mascara Dorada, and Hechicero defeating the team of Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, Matt Sydal, and Christopher Daniels in eight-man tag action. The four luchadors made their presence felt on Dynamite with an attack on Jon Moxley.

AEW World Tag Team Champions Ricky Starks and Big Bill were in action, defeating The Dark Order’s John Silver and Alex Reynolds in a Championship Eliminator Match. Hometown hero Ricky Starks received a monstrous reaction. Darby Allin was on commentary, scouting the champs.

Willow Nightingale was inaction, defeating Queen Aminata, whilst Top Flight got a win over Private Party.
