AEW Rampage Spoilers For September 29 Episode

All the spoilers from the latest AEW Rampage taping

All Elite Wrestling concluded their latest round of Rampage tapings on September 27, taping either side of the live Dynamite from Broomfield, Colorado.

The episode is set to air on September 29.

With WrestleDream coming up on October 1, the number one contenders for the ROH World Tag Team Championships were in action, with The Righteous disposing of two local enhancement talents in a warm-up before taking on ROH tag champ MJF in handicap action at WrestleDream. MJF vowed to defend the titles on his own after Adam Cole was not medically cleared to compete.

The AEW World Trios Championships were on the line as champions the Acclaimed and Billy Gunn defeated The Hardys and Brother Zay to retain the salmon straps. This wasn’t the only championship on the line as NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Eddie Kingston defeated CHAOS member Rocky Romero in singles action. Kingston was later confronted by ROH Pure Champion Katsuyori Shibata ahead of their ROH World Championship/NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship clash at WrestleDream.

Also on Rampage, Hikaru Shida overcame The Outcasts’ Ruby Soho to earn a shot at Soho’s partner and current AEW Women’s World Champion Saraya on the October 10 ‘Title Tuesday’ edition of AEW Dynamite.
