AEW Rampage To Air Live On March 20
March 20 edition of AEW Rampage to air live
All Elite Wrestling are set to hold a live edition of Rampage on March 20, airing straight after the live Dynamite on the same night.
AEW usually tapes Rampage during the Dynamite sessions to air to coming Friday, but according to Andrew Zarian on X/Twitter, Rampage will be live due to NCAA basketball March Madness.
The show is set to take place in Toronto, Canada, with AEW returning to the Coca Cola Coliseum.
With the rumours surrounding Mercedes Moné and her believed impending arrival in AEW, it's possible that AEW could turn the live Dynamite/Rampage into a special event akin to the live Rampage ‘First Dance’ event in 2021 that saw CM Punk make his long awaited return to professional wrestling. Moné is believed to potentially be making her debut in March.
The double live showing will be AEW’s first time running a three hour block on Wednesdays, although it’s not known just yet if all three hours will run on TBS, or will be split between TBS and TNT.
AEW’s next pay per event Revolution is set for March 3 2024, and will feature Sting’s retirement match, amongst bouts.
