AEW Reveals Details For Grand Slam 2024

AEW officially announces Grand Slam 2024

Following rumours over the weekend, it has been confirmed by All Elite Wrestling during Sunday's Forbidden Door pay-per-view that Grand Slam will emanate from Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York on Wednesday, September 25. The show will consist of a live taping of AEW Dynamite and a two-hour taped edition of Collision.

Fans who were in attendance at Forbidden Door from Long Island's UBS Arena can access a Grand Slam pre-sale until midnight on Tuesday, July 2. Another pre-sale will begin on July 17 before tickets go on general sale on July 18.

Grand Slam 2024 will be the fourth time AEW have presented the event from Arthur Ashe Stadium. 2021's Grand Slam drew over 20,000 fans for Kenny Omega vs. Bryan Danielson, CM Punk's first Dynamite match, and more.

2022's Grand Slam had almost 14,000 fans in attendance for Jon Moxley vs. Bryan Danielson for the AEW World Title, while 2023's Grand Slam drew 11,000 fans to Arthur Ashe Stadium for MJF vs. Samoa Joe for the AEW World Title and Claudio Castagnoli vs. Eddie Kingston for the ROH World Championship.
