AEW Revolution 2022 Scheduled For Orlando

The Sunshine State gets AEW's first PPV of 2022

AEW announced on Wednesday night that the 2022 Revolution pay-per-view will take place on Sunday, March 6 in Orlando at the Addition Financial Arena.

AEW previously held a Saturday night Dynamite in the arena on October 23. It was on that card that Cody Rhodes defeated Malakai Black, while Bryan Danielson won his Eliminator tournament first round match over Dustin Rhodes.

AEW has also announced that the March 4 Rampage will take place in the same building, while Saturday the 5th will play host to a fanfest.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, December 17 at 10 AM EST.

The first Revolution in 2020 took place at Chicago's Wintrust Arena. In addition to Jon Moxley's World title win over Chris Jericho, the event was notable for the classic Tag Team title match in which Kenny Omega and Adam Page defeated The Young Bucks.

This year, Revolution was held at Daily's Place in Jacksonville. There, Omega retained his World title over Moxley in an Exploding Ring Death Match. Also on the card, Sting wrestled for the first time in over five years, taking part in a cinematic street fight with Darby Allin against Brian Cage and Ricky Starks.
