AEW’s Anna Jay Undergoes Surgery
The Dark Order star was reportedly injured in January
AEW’s Anna Jay has undergone shoulder surgery.
The Dark Order member was set to compete in the AEW Women’s World Title Tournament Eliminator, but was pulled after suffering a shoulder injury in training. AEW announced Jay’s injury at the end of February, but it is believed the injury may have occurred in January. As such, Jay has not wrestled on TV since defeating Alex Garcia on the January 12 edition of AEW Dark.
It was initially feared that Jay would be out for 6-12 months, but if the surgery was successful - and after necessary rehabilitation - then this timeframe could change.
