AEW's Matt Hardy: "I Miss Working Together With My Brother"

The Hardy Boyz haven't teamed together since April 2019

The Hardy Boyz are already recognised as one of the greatest tag teams in professional wrestling history and they have captured tag team gold in multiple promotions.

Matt and Jeff haven't teamed together since April 2019, though. The pair defeated The Usos to capture the SmackDown Tag Team Championship but they were forced to relinquish the belts after Jeff suffered a knee injury. By the time The Charismatic Enigma returned, Matt had left the company and joined All Elite Wrestling.

Jeff has enjoyed some success as a singles Superstar since his return, having reigned as Intercontinental Champion for 36 days in the summer of 2020, but Hardy currently finds himself drifting without a storyline on WWE Raw.

A fan lamented on Jeff's situation on Twitter, writing: "I feel like WWE don't appreciate Jeff Hardy as much as they should be."

Big Money Matt ultimately spotted the tweet and noted, "I miss working together with my brother."

While Hardy may miss working alongside his brother, particularly with Jeff's current predicament, a Hardy Boyz reunion is at least 2-3 years away as the former WWE Champion re-signed with the company back in September 2020.
