AEW Signs Renee Paquette

Renee Paquette is officially "All Elite"

Renee Paquette (formerly Renee Young in WWE) has officially signed with All Elite Wrestling.

Tony Khan confirmed the signing on Twitter, writing (along with the standard "...is All Elite" graphic), "Welcome to the team! @ReneePaquette is ALL ELITE! See you soon coming up at 8pm ET/7pm ET on @TBSNetwork TONIGHT!".

Paquette replied to the tweet with, "Hi missed you guys LFG!!!"

Tonight's Dynamite takes place in Toronto, which is Paquette's birthplace.

Word of Paquette heading to AEW first broke Saturday, when Fightful Select reported that sources within WWE were under the impression that Paquette was headed to AEW. A recent story from GiveMeSport reported that WWE had reached out to Paquette about a possible return.

Paquette is married to current AEW World champion Jon Moxley, who recently signed a five-year deal to remain with AEW.

As Renee Young, Paquette worked for WWE from 2012 to 2020. She served in a number of roles, including backstage interviewer, panel moderator, and commentator, as well as the host of FS1 program WWE Backstage. After leaving WWE, Paquette started her own podcast called The Sessions, and has done media work with the NFL's Cincinnati Bengals.
