AEW Star MJF Says He Might Need Surgery
Is it a work or a shoot...

Since All Elite Wrestling held Double Or Nothing in May 2019, MJF has been one of the young promotion's breakout stars. He is undefeated in singles competition and has been featured in a high profile feud with Cody, even defeating The American Nightmare at Revolution on February 29.
Since punching his former mentor with the Dynamite Diamond Ring, The Salt Of The Earth has only competed in one match, a six-man tag team bout when he teamed with The Butcher and The Blade against Jurassic Express.
Friedman's lack of action has caused him to drop out of the AEW Rankings, but it could be because the young star is carrying an injury. After a fan called him out on Twitter on April 13, MJF replied saying something awful has happened to him which he can't comment on.
The former MLW Middleweight Champion tweeted: "I wish I could put my body on the line more for you guys. I truly care so much about you being entertained during your hour of need. Unfortunately something awful has happened to me and it has gradually gotten worse. I can't comment on what the issue is at this time."
Now, The Salt Of The Earth has revealed he might need to undergo surgery for his injury. He tweeted: "My Issue has gotten worse, Its looking like I Might need surgery. I’m genuinely trying my very best to comeback for you guys."
