AEW Star Set To Return Imminently

AEW star coming back imminently

One of All Elite Wrestling's many stars is set to return to TV imminently.

Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm, Fuego Del Sol revealed that his close friend Sammy Guevara is feeling much better and will soon be back on AEW TV. An exact return date for Guevara is unknown, however, beyond that it is imminent.

"Yeah, me and Sam, we talk every day. He's legitimately one of my best friends and a lot of times we don't even talk wrestling, we talk about all the other crazy stuff in the world going on. He is feeling a lot better and his return is imminent. I definitely thought he was gonna be on Dynamite recently in that 8-Man Street Fight. However, he wasn't back yet, but I know he wants to come back in a major way. So we'll see where the tide takes him," said Fuego.

Guevara has been out of action since sustaining a concussion at AEW WrestleDream on October 1. Guevara teamed with Don Callis family faction mates Konosuke Takeshita and Will Ospreay at the pay-per-view to defeat Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, and Kota Ibushi.

Original plans called for Guevara to be involved in the Like a Dragon Gaiden Street Fight on the November 15 edition of Dynamite but he was not cleared for an in-ring return. Instead, the Don Callis Family loaned Brian Cage from Mogul Embassy for their loss to Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, Kota Ibushi, and Paul Wight.
