All Elite Wrestling will hold their first show at the famous Greensboro Coliseum next month.

The promotion announced on Monday they will hold a Dynamite and Rampage TV taping at the arena in North Carolina on Wednesday, December 22. Tickets for the event go on sale this Friday at 10 am ET.

The Greensboro Coliseum is synonymous with professional wrestling going back to the territory era and the venue hosted several major Jim Crockett Promotions events, including the first four Starrcade shows from 1983 until 1986. WWE have also held events at the arena in the past including Unforgiven: In Your House 1998, King Of The Ring 1999 and Survivor Series 2001, where Team WWF defeated Team Alliance to end the invasion.

WWE are returning to the Coliseum later this month for the post-Survivor Series edition of Friday Night SmackDown on November 26.

AEW President Tony Khan also revealed on Monday that the final episode of Dynamite on TNT will be taped from Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida on December 29.
