AEW To Introduce Greater 'Sports-Style Presentation' From 2025
Greater ‘sports-style presentation’ planned for AEW from 2025

All Elite Wrestling are believed to be heading towards a more ‘sports-style’ presentation from 2025.
The news comes from an article by SVG News looking at AEW’s revamped broadcast and production capabilities following the signing of their new media rights deal with Warner Bros. Discovery in Autumn 2024.
AEW Head of Global Production Mike Mansury noted that the AEW ‘A and B’ production units have been revamped following the new deal, with the brand looking for a smoother transition between entertaining the home viewers and those inside the arena, with AEW looking to ‘super serve’ the latter:
“Starting in 2025 you’ll see more of a sports-style presentation in-arena in terms of being able to entertain the audience when there isn’t in-ring content or taped content happening as part of the television broadcast. We want to create a nice split between the live event and TV show, just to make that experience for those in the house feel a bit more special,” said Mansury.
Whether this new approach will affect the in-ring presentation of AEW remains to be seen, with some fans believing AEW has strode too far towards a ‘sports entertainment’ style rather than the sports-based approach promised by the company upon its formation.
