While Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum may have been unsuccessful in their attempt to bag an AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunity on this past Wednesday's edition of Dynamite, The Youngest Men Alive can be heartened by the reception they received by fans inside Lexington, Kentucky's Rupp Arena.

A new report by Fightful Select revealed that AEW management were also very happy with the pop The Outrunners received on the show, noting that the team have worked in the Kentucky area quite a bit.

The Casino Gauntlet Match was ultimately won by Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher, who will challenge The Young Bucks for the titles at Dynamite Grand Slam on September 25.

When Cultaholic ran a poll on X asking fans whether or not The Outrunners should have won instead, Floyd replied"Two of the best wrestlers in the world won. When the time is right, The Outrunners will have their shot".

The Outrunners have enjoyed a spell of success of late, having picked up their first-ever AEW victory on the September 6 episode of Collision.

Not only that, but the team's merchandise is seemingly flying off the shelves, with a recent report estimating that it was outselling that of former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland.
