AEW World Title Match Official For Full Gear 2023

The AEW World Title will be on the line at Full Gear 2023

After exchanging harsh words on the September 27 Dynamite, AEW World Champion MJF will be putting the title on the line against Bullet Club Gold leader Jay White, with the two set to compete at AEW Full Gear on November 18.

White first made his intentions known on last week’s Dynamite, before being jumped by several masked men and ‘The Devil’ at the end of the show. On the October 4 Dynamite, Bullet Club Gold’s Juice Robinson and The Gunns confronted MJF about the attack, alleging that ‘The Devil’ himself was MJF. This led to White sneak attacking the champ, before hoisting up the ‘Triple B’ title and challenging MJF for a match at Full Gear, with MJF accepting.

This will be a first time meeting of MJF and ‘The Switchblade’, and will also be White’s first shot at a singles title in AEW. Should MJF make it to Full Gear as champion as expected, then he will overtake Kenny Omega as the longest reigning AEW World Champion in history, regardless of the outcome of the match against White.
