We are several weeks away from All Elite Wrestling’s first pay-per-view event of 2024, with the long-awaited Revolution set for North Carolina’s Greensboro Coliseum on March 3.

The card is starting to take shape, and as seen on the February 7 edition of AEW Dynamite, AEW World Champion Samoa Joe now knows who he will putting the title on the line against at the show.

Swerve Strickland and Hangman Page clashed for a third time on Dynamite, with the winner of their match set to earn a shot at Joe. However, after 30 hard-hitting minutes, the match reached its time limit, with the bout declared a draw. Strickland had the advantage as the clock ticked down, and asked Page for just five more minutes to see if a definitive winner would emerge, but Page refused.

Tony Schiavone then confirmed that seeing as there was no definitive winner, Joe will defend the belt against both men in a three-way match at Revolution, with Serve and Hangman currently occupying the top two slots on the recently reinstated AEW rankings.

Confirmed card, AEW Revolution, March 3, 2024:

  • Sting’s retirement match
  • Samoa Joe (c) vs. Swerve Strickland vs. Hangman Page - AEW World Championship
  • Toni Storm (c) vs. Deonna Purrazzo - AEW Women’s World Championship
  • Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Roderick Strong - AEW International Championship
