AEW World Title Match Set For All Out 2020

Will MJF 2020 be a winning campaign...

On last week's episode of Dynamite, MJF gave a State of the Industry address and cut a scathing promo on Jon Moxley. The Salt Of The Earth wasted no time in calling out the AEW World champion as he said The Maestro Of Mayhem is a dictator who has allowed the young promotion to fall into ruin. He then declared Moxley is not the man to lead AEW forward, he is, and ended the segment by challenging the former Lunatic Fringe to an AEW World Championship match at All Out 2020.

AEW has now confirmed the bout will take place on September 5. The company tweeted: "#BREAKINGNEWS @the_MJF will challenge the #AEW World Champion at #AEWAllOut This Wednesday on Dynamite MJF will give us a campaign update and @JonMoxley defends the AEW World Championship against @DarbyAllin. Watch #AEWDynamite every Wednesday at 8/7c on @TNTDrama."

If Moxley will make it to the next pay-per-view as champion remains to be seen, however, as he is scheduled to defend the world title against Darby Allin on this week's edition of Dynamite. The Maestro Of Mayhem won their first battle back in November 2019 after he hit The Invisible Man with a Paradigm Shift from the top rope.
