AJ Styles & Omos Tease Split On WWE Raw

AJ Styles and Omos continued to tease a split in their successful tag-team after Omos walked out on his partner during this week's WWE Raw.

The December 6 episode of  WWE Monday Night Raw saw Omos and Styles take on The Street Profits, in which Omos was counted out for his team, costing them the match. The Colossus was not happy with how things went down in the match and, when Styles told him he had to listen, Omos walked out on Styles and went backstage on his own.

The disagreement on Raw is the latest in a line of teases that Styles and Omos are set to split up. The first occurred at Survivor Series during a Battle Royal, in which Omos tried to save Styles from being eliminated, only to accidently eliminate The Phenomenal One himself because someone attacked him from behind.

Omos would eventually eliminate 12 wrestlers from that match and go on to win. 

A break-up of Styles and Omos has been reportedly discussed for a while with it rumoured that Vince McMahon initially wanted to break them up during the WWE Draft in October. McMahon, however, was convinced by veterans of his locker room that Omos was not quite ready to be a singles superstar.

Nonetheless, Omos is set for a big singles push at sometime in the near future in WWE.
