AJ Styles Comments On Paul Heyman Moving To WWE SmackDown

The Phenomenal One left Raw to get away from Heyman...

Back in July, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson said them being let go by WWE was "inspired" by then Raw Executive Director Paul Heyman. Brock Lesnar's advocate denied having any involvement in their releases, but The Good Brothers revealed AJ Styles asked Vince McMahon directly and the boss told The Phenomenal One they weren't originally going to be let go until Heyman suggested they be added to the list.

Styles was traded to SmackDown soon after and the two-time WWE Champion later confirmed he moved to the blue brand because he didn't want to be around Heyman.

Heyman has since moved to SmackDown and is currently on TV as Roman Reigns' advocate. AJ was asked about being reunited with Heyman during a recent Twitch stream.

Styles said: "It is what it is. I could care less. It's water under the bridge. Listen, I'm not saying I forgot what he's done, but I'm not going to be the guy that holds a grudge. It's one of those things where he knows he pissed me off and how I felt. Just because I don't trust him doesn't mean that I can't get along with him professionally. I'm not going to do or say anything mean to him. It's over. My buddies are doing fine. I was concerned about them when this whole thing went down, but they are doing great."
