AJ Styles Wants To Wrestle At Least One More Match In TNA

AJ Styles returned to the ring at the Royal Rumble PLE earlier this year after being ruled out with an injury. In recent months, despite his return, Styles has once again hinted at an impending retirement from in-ring competition, highlighting June 2027 as a potential time and date to bid his farewell. Styles has accomplished a lot in his career, but he still has a few more things he’d like to tick off, one of which being a return to TNA.

In recent months, WWE and TNA have developed a working relationship which has seen plenty of crossover between both the NXT brand and TNA. Styles was asked about the prospect of a TNA return, even for a one-off, during a Fanatics Live Signing. 

"I love it. You know, I still have a couple of friends there. I would love to have the opportunity to go back and wrestle at least one more match at TNA."

Styles was then asked who he’d like to face if a return to TNA did in fact come to fruition, with him noting that he’d like to take on Frankie Kazarian, with whom Styles wrestled a whole bunch during his lengthy spell in TNA.
