The Bexar County, Texas District Attorney's Office announced earlier today that Alberto El Patron (Jose Rodriguez Chucuan) has been indicted by a grand jury on one count of aggravated kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault. No trial date has been set as of yet.

El Patron was arrested back in May on charges of sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping. The former WWE Champion has been out on a $50,000 bond since his arrest.

TMZ Sports obtained a copy of the police report and the accuser told the authorities that El Patron kidnapped and sexually assaulted her over a 16-hour period on May 3 and May 4. Alberto also assaulted her, causing multiple injuries which left her "feeling woozy and dizzy from the hits to her head." Police noticed multiple bruises on the woman's face, arms, legs and neck and photos of the injuries were included in the police report.

During the 16-hour period, El Patron allegedly forced the woman to wear a dress and dance for him, and when she refused, he told her "not to cry because if she did, he would take her son and drop him in the middle of the road somewhere."

If El Patron is convicted of aggravated kidnapping of the first degree in Texas, he faces anywhere from 5 to 99 years in prison. A sexual assault of the first-degree conviction would lead to a minimum two-year prison sentence.
