AEW Rampage Saw The Return Of Anna Jay
The Jericho Appreciation Society have had their numbers bolstered with the on-screen return of one of their members. For the first time in over two months, Anna Jay returned to AEW programming.
During a match between Jake Hager and The House of Black’s Brody King, Anna Jay appeared at ringside to attack Julia Hart, throwing her into the ring post. Brody King was distracted by this outside attack, but still managed to overcome Hager and win the match anyway, bouncing back after a loss to Daniel Garcia last week.
Jay hasn’t been seen on AEW television since her tag team Street Fight where she teamed with fellow JAS member Tay Melo to take on Ruby Soho and Willow Nightingale. It was a brutal match which saw Jay take a nasty bump. She was on the receiving end of a wayward powerbomb off the stage, missing its desired target of a table. Jay previously returned to in-ring action at AEW’s House Rules live event on March 18.
