Austin Theory Moves Back To WWE NXT

Following a two-month hiatus...

Back on the March 30 episode of Monday Night Raw, Austin Theory suddenly debuted on the red brand as Zelina Vega's new client. One WrestleMania match and two factions later, the former EVOLVE Champion moved back to NXT and re-emerged on the black and gold brand last night.

It didn't take long for Seth Rollins' former disciple to start a new programme. While Bronson Reed was being interviewed about the North American Title picture, The Auszilla was suddenly interrupted by Theory who proceeded to insult The Thicc Boi. This only angered Reed, who slapped Theory and stormed off.

This was Austin's first appearance on WWE TV since the June 26 episode of Main Event when he teamed with Murphy against Ricochet and Cedric Alexander. Seth Rollins told Sporting News in a recent interview that Theory took some time off to sort out "some personal issues." A previous report from Dave Meltzer noted Theory may have been suspended, however.

Why Theory was moved back to NXT is unknown, but "All Day" reportedly remained on the main roster after The Showcase Of The Immortals at Paul Heyman's behest and Brock Lesnar's advocate has since been removed as Raw Executive Director.
