Triple H and Nick Khan hold a "rah rah" meeting at WWE Raw Day 1
WWE looked to gee up the wrestlers to kick off 2024.
The company held a talent meeting before the special Day 1 edition of Monday Night Raw on January 1 in San Diego, California. The meeting was led by WWE President Nick Khan and WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H.
The meeting was said to be short and positive, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider. One person noted it was a "great meeting" designed on rallying the talents around WWE and was very much a "rah rah" meeting.
The talents were also thanked for their work, with WWE announcing that 2023 was another record year for the organisation. WWE records broken in 2023 include social media views, sponsorship revenue, premium live event viewership, and merchandise revenue.
The Day 1 edition of Monday Night Raw featured the return of The Rock and the 51-year-old looks set to eventually challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, with The Rock teasing he wants to eat at the Head of the Table. Speculation has suggested the match could take place at WrestleMania 40 or Elimination Chamber.
