Backstage Reaction To Liv Morgan's Arrest Revealed
A report has revealed WWE's reaction to Liv Morgan's arrest
News broke over this weekend regarding the arrest of WWE superstar and former world champion Liv Morgan, whose mugshot and arrest details were released, revealing that it was due to possession of marijuana. Amongst fans there was some speculation on the backlash that Morgan would receive, though according to Fightful Select, she has zero backstage heat in WWE.
A WWE staff member reportedly noted, "Liv has not been on TV, did not alter creative plans, and was honest about the situation, there are no issues with her whatsoever".
Fightful Select went on to also reveal that one talent was nonplussed by the situation, stating that "Everybody liked Liv before, everybody still likes Liv. We'll get our jokes off, and she'll get hers off and nobody will be thinking about it soon enough.”
Compared to some other arrests over the years, Morgan’s one is very tame, which is likely why no one in WWE is all too bothered by it. Furthermore, PWInsider are reporting that the vape pen found in her vehicle was apparently not Morgan’s, but someone else’s who left it in her car.
