Bad Bunny could be on his way back to WWE, fresh off performing at the Super Bowl LX halftime show.
During a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez addressed the Grammy-winning rapper's status with WWE.
"Bad Bunny is going to end up back in WWE very soon. Sooner rather than later, everybody, just so you all know", Alvarez said.
This was said in the context of a discussion with Lance Storm about US Senator Ruben Gallego calling for AEW to sign Bad Bunny, seemingly unaware that he already had an existing relationship with WWE.
Gallego's comments were in response to the anti-ICE chants on last week's episode of AEW Dynamite.
Bad Bunny himself made anti-ICE statements while accepting his awad for Best Musica Urbana album at the 2026 Grammy Awards (on February 1) and has been consistently outspoken against the immigration enforcement agency.
Bad Bunny has wrestled three times for WWE, with his last bout being a victory against Damian Priest in a San Juan Street Fight at Backlash 2023.
There were reportedly plans for a tag match pitting Bad Bunny and a partner against John Cena and Travis Scott last year (which obviously fell through).
