Barney & BJ Brawl With Laa-Laa & Po Of The Teletubbies At Lucha Libre Show

In something of a fever dream, Barney and BJ from Barney & Friends ended up brawling with Laa-Laa and Po of the Teletubbies at a lucha libre event.

Neither Barney and BJ nor the Teletubbies are known for violence but they couldn't hold back their anger as Laa-Laa and Po beat down a nightmare-inducing version of Barney the Dinosaur at a Chile Lucha Libre event in a clip that went somewhat viral over the weekend.

While Barney was down, BJ was able to make the save and take out the Teletubbies, sending them back to the Tubbytronic Superdome. The clip was from the Chile Lucha Libre Rumble event that took place on December 29 in Chile's capital city of Santiago. Barney was involved in a Rumble on the show and outlasted 29 men to emerge with the win.

This isn't the first time a member of Barney & Friends has entered the squared circle. Baby Bop previously won the Twink Gauntlet at Effy's Big Gay Brunch 7, only to have her head ripped off post-match by Parrow as it was revealed to be Jimmy Lloyd in the costume.

Mr Blobby, meanwhile, has been wrestling annually around Christmas for Riot Cabaret in recent years. In 2024 he chokeslammed Mark Andrews and sang 'Fairytale of New York' with AEW's Thunder Rosa.
