Bayley Names Her Dream WWE Opponent

"She was my hero growing up. That would be a full-circle moment, for sure."

Bayley has named WWE Hall Of Famer Lita as the superstar she would most like to wrestle one day.

Bayley has enjoyed the run of her career over the last 12 months in WWE, holding the Smackdown Women's Championship, the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship and engaging in a fierce feud with Sasha Banks, which culminated in a Hell In A Cell Match at the pay-per-view of the same name.

'The Role Model' idolised Lita while growing up and, when asked about her dream matches in WWE, a potential showdown with the Hall Of Famer is the top of Bayley's list.

Speaking on Oral Sessions With Renee Paquette, Bayley said: "Lita is obviously the main one. She was my hero growing up. That would be a full-circle moment, for sure. I also love Victoria. When she was in the Rumble, I was like, beat me up! Let’s do this! I would love to wrestle her as well as far as the legends/women from the past.

"I feel like I praise the same people all the time – the same people who still haven’t had that spotlight – Peyton Royce, Liv Morgan, [and] I love Ruby Riott as well. They’re basically so talented, you know, and nobody gets to see it yet in the way that they think and talk about wrestling and their passion for it. That’s what draws me."
