Bayley Thinks She And Sasha Banks Could Continue To Build Their Feud Until WWE WrestleMania 37

Let the tension build...

Ever since Bayley debuted on the main roster in 2016, fans have been clamouring for the former Huggable One to have a match with Sasha Banks. The two Superstars have brawled backstage on Raw and SmackDown, but they have largely remained best friends in the past four years.

This looks set to change, however, as the pair are slowly building to a fracture in their friendship as the SmackDown Women's Champion has constantly used Banks for her own advantage in recent weeks. WWE originally wanted to book the one on one match at WrestleMania 36, but both Superstars refused as they thought the match deserved a long feud.

During a recent interview with Justin Barrasso at Sports Illustrated, Bayley was asked if she and Sasha could continue to build their feud for a showdown at WrestleMania 37. The SmackDown star said she thinks they can because they work so well together in the ring and people backstage in WWE trust them.

Bayley said: "I think we can. We've bounced ideas off each other for as long as we've known each other, and we learn from each other so much. With all of our ideas and how much we are trusted by the people backstage, I think it's possible. It would be challenging, but I think that would be so cool.

"Someday, I hope we do get to work together again. She’s my favourite person to be in the ring with, obviously, so I would be down to try."
