Being The Elite Goes On Hiatus
No Being The Elite for now
A new episode of Being The Elite was not uploaded on Monday and the reason why has been revealed.
The Being The Elite Twitter account has announced that the show has gone on hiatus, writing: "No #BeingTheElite this week. On hiatus until further notice."
The hiatus comes after a backstage fight between The Elite, and CM Punk and Ace Steel following the September 4 All Out pay-per-view. Punk initially inflamed tensions after he took shots at the AEW EVPs, Colt Cabana, and Hangman Page during his All Out media scrum. The then-AEW World Champion was confronted in his locker room by The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega after the press conference and both sides have differing stories about what happened but what is agreed on is that CM Punk threw punches at The Young Bucks, while Ace Steel bit Kenny Omega and threw a chair at Nick Jackson.
Everyone involved in the fight, including those who broke up the altercation, have been suspended while an investigation is carried out to determine what happened.
