Bianca Belair Names WWE WrestleMania 37 Bout With Sasha Banks As Her Favourite Match Ever

Belair and Banks stole the show on WrestleMania 37 Night One

Bianca Belair says her SmackDown Women's Championship match with Sasha Banks in the main event of Night One of WWE WrestleMania 37 is her favourite match ever.

Belair and Banks tore the house down in an incredible bout on the Saturday card of WrestleMania 37, putting on one of the best matches of the year that resulted in the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble winner claiming the SmackDown Women's Title from The Boss.

Still the reigning champion, Belair revealed that she has watched the match back twice - once on her own and once with her parents - and says the outing is her favourite ever in a WWE ring.

Speaking with Ryan Satin on the Out Of Character Podcast, Belair said: "I've watched it twice. I watched it back by myself, first. It took me like a day to watch it because I wanted to enjoy the moment. I didn't want to watch it that night and was picking it apart because I'm always my biggest critic. I waited a day or two to watch it.

"Then I watched it with my parents to enjoy it with them because my dad pauses and rewinds everything. I was like, 'I can't watch it with them the first time.' That match, I can't really watch it a lot because it gives me goose bumps and I tear up at the beginning every time. I have to prepare myself to watch it every time because that whole moment was bigger than me and Sasha and both of us, as everyone could tell in the beginning.

"I get those same feelings; just watching it back, I feel like that match was just bread and butter. Everything clicked and worked out in my favor. It's my favourite match that I've ever been a part of and it's going to be hard to top that. It's a moment that will go down in history, not just for the technical part and emotional part, but the whole entire moment was amazing."
