Recent reports have suggested that big Cass is on his way back to WWE, and it appears he could be set to return on the post-SummerSlam 2026 edition of Raw.
A vignette airing on the July 13 edition of Raw showed partially obscured clips of Big Cass from his previous WWE run, interspersed with fans wearing ‘Sawft’ merchandise, and what appeared to be Cass himself in silhouette. The numbers ‘8/3’ (August 3) then appeared on screen - the Raw after SummerSlam.
Whether follow-up vignettes showcasing Cass’ tag partner Enzo Amore are slated to air remains to be seen.
Reports in recent weeks have suggested the pair are set to return to WWE, nine years since the duo last tagged in the organisation. Enzo was spotted at WWE’s Performance Center in May 2026, and it was soon revealed that Cass - fka Big Bill - was set to depart All Elite Wrestling in order to return to WWE.
Enzo and Cass were hugely popular with fans during their time in WWE, but a litany of backstage issues and personal problems saw the team eventually released, albeit separately. Since their WWE run, Enzo has bounced around the North American independent circuit, whilst Cass had well-received runs in both TNA and AEW.
