Billie Kay Files Trademark on Post-WWE Ring Name
A new name for the former 'IIconic'

It appears Billie Kay will be utilising her real name on the independent scene when she returns to wrestling.
Kay - real name 'Jessica McKay' - filed a trademark for the name 'Jessie McKay - on April 23, 2021, having also recently changed her Twitter handle to her real name.
The trademark was filed with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, with the following use description:
“IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Hats; Leggings; Shirts; Socks; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts
“IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes”
Kay was released by WWE on April 15, 2021 as a host of superstars were let go by the promotion. Her 90-day no-compete clause expires on Wednesday 14 July.
The former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion had her last match for the company at WrestleMania 37, teaming with Carmella to compete in the Tag-Team Turmoil match on Night One.
